Signalstead policies
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Signalstead. They apply to workspace owners and members who use the service.
The service
Signalstead provides workspace tools for website audits, search visibility reporting, business facts, recommendations, content drafts, and related workflows. Features and data sources depend on the workspace configuration and current plan. Some features are marked as demos or previews and are not production capabilities.
Search rankings, search snippets, AI answers, citations, traffic, and business outcomes are controlled by third parties and are not guaranteed. Reports are observations and recommendations, not a promise of a particular result.
Accounts and workspace access
- Provide accurate account and workspace information and keep sign-in credentials secure.
- Use workspace features only where you have authority to submit the website, content, and connected account information.
- Workspace owners administer member access; each member must follow the permissions assigned to them.
- Tell the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Customer materials and approvals
You retain your rights in the materials you submit. You authorize Signalstead to process those materials only to provide and maintain the requested service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, websites, and connected properties.
Recommendations and drafts require your review. Signalstead does not publish website changes automatically as part of the current customer workflow. You remain responsible for verifying factual claims, approving drafts, and releasing website changes through your own process.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, bypass access controls, submit information you are not authorized to use, interfere with the service, or probe systems outside the approved workspace scope. Do not use crawler features against websites unless you have authority and have enabled the required workspace consent.
Plans, billing, and third parties
Where checkout is available, Paddle processes subscription transactions and payment methods under its buyer terms. The plan, price, billing interval, renewal, tax, cancellation, and refund information shown at checkout and in Paddle's applicable terms govern the transaction. Signalstead does not store full payment card details.
Google, AI, email, analytics, and hosting providers may have separate terms and privacy policies when their features are used.
Availability and liability
The service may change as it is developed, and no uptime commitment is made unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Suspension, termination, and updates
Access may be limited where needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. The current service does not yet implement a complete data deletion and backup-expiry workflow; export workspace information before ending service and contact the operator to request account closure. The operator may update these terms and will identify the effective date of the current version.
