Cancellation Policy
This page explains how to stop renewal of a Signalstead subscription purchased through Paddle. The cancellation controls and timing shown in Paddle's buyer portal and applicable terms take precedence where they differ.
How to cancel
Use the Manage plan and payment option in the workspace Billing page to open Paddle's subscription management flow. You can also use the buyer-portal link in your Paddle confirmation email or contact Paddle buyer support if you cannot access the portal. A workspace owner should confirm the cancellation in the provider flow and retain the confirmation.
What happens when you cancel
Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your workspace stays available until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data before ending service. Check the status and date shown in Paddle. Billing questions are covered in the Refund Policy.

Export your workspace data before ending service if you need a copy. Signalstead does not yet have a self-service deletion process; contact [email protected] to request account closure or deletion.
